Services are designed to support hair health, self-expression, and consistency — not rushed trends or transactional beauty. As of [FEB.23.2026], Pukka operates as a mobile, on-location service. ⸻ HOW MOBILE SERVICES WORK • All services are performed on-location at the client’s home, hotel, or approved private space • Appointments must allow for adequate lighting, seating, and access to electrical outlets • Travel time, setup, and breakdown are built into the service experience ⸻ ON-LOCATION CONVENIENCE FEE • A non-refundable convenience fee is applied to all mobile appointments • This fee supports: • Travel and transportation • Mobile setup and sanitation • Time required for on-location service logistics • The convenience fee is automatically added at booking and is not a gratuity ⸻ BOOKING & POLICIES • All new color and extension clients require a consultation prior to booking • Services are by appointment only • Pricing reflects time, product, and expertise and may vary based on hair length, density, and service complexity • Detailed service descriptions are provided to help you select the correct appointment ⸻ THE EXPERIENCE Pukka is not a volume-based salon. CANCELLATION POLICY

📆 Rescheduling and Cancellations 📆 1. Cancellation Fees: • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge of the original appointment’s cost. •Same day cancellations will incur a 100% charge fee of the original scheduled service. 2. Downgrades and Upgrades: • Downgrades to services on the day of the appointment will be considered as last-minute cancellations. • Upgrades to services on the day of the appointment may be accommodated, subject to time availability and supplies available. 3. Appointment Modifications: • For any adjustments to your existing appointment, please utilize the RESCHEDULE link provided in text and email notifications. 4. No Call/No Show: • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may no longer be accepted as clients. 5. Late Arrivals: • If you are running late, please contact us via text. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be subject to rescheduling and a cancellation fee.
